From pipeline to wing, every litre traced
At an airport fuel farm, receipts, tank-to-tank transfers, quality certificates and derogations are often tracked in separate files. Showing an auditor where a batch of Jet A-1 came from then becomes an investigation.
A new module of the platform, Aircharge Stock checks every pipeline receipt by reconciling metered quantities with automatic tank gauging, against alert thresholds. Tank-to-tank transfers are recorded with their batches and quality certificates, and traceability goes back to levels n and n-1, in line with JIG requirements.
The read-only derogation register keeps a complete audit trail; the daily stock balance interfaces with the ERP (for example JD Edwards). Linked to Supervision and Refueler, the fuel farm shares the same traceability chain as the fuellings. Demo on request.
